摘要
随着我国高校"一校多区"办学的形成和发展,一所大学如何实施多校区管理,寻求最优的管理模式,使之取得最佳的成效是高校管理者必须研究探索和破解的课题。本文从多校区管理的功能模式、原则理念入手,分析了现状和难点问题,提出了可供选择的思路与解决的策略。
With the development of multi-campus universities in our country,university administers are responsible to study and resolve problems concerning with how to manage each campus,and seek for best patterns of management in order to obtain optimal results.In this paper,we try to analyze current problems and bring forward some corresponding methods and strategies,ideas and patterns of multi-campus management.
