摘要
效益原则是企业信息化建设的基本原则,掌握科学合理的信息化投资效益分析方法对于当前企业信息化建设具有重要的现实意义。本文分析了企业信息化项目评价的特点及费用/效益结构,提出了对企业信息化投资项目进行评价的基本思路和方法。
The return of investment is a basic principle in enterprise information Appropriate Cost/Benefit Analysis is very important for contemporary enterprise information. This paper analyzed the characteristics of evaluation of information projects and the cost/benefit construction of enterprise information, proposed some methods of how to evaluate enterprise information projects.
