摘要
在社会学视野中,高校稳定问题是一种社会冲突现象。本文根据冲突理论,分析了当前高校稳定的影响因素、冲突性质以及转变为大事端的条件,并提出了对策性建议。
The problem of campus stability is a social conflict phenomenon in the eyes of the sociological field. This article, according to the theory of conflict, analyzes the factors affecting the stability of the campus at present, the conflict nature as well as the conditions which will make them turned into an accident. Some countermeasures are proposed.
