随着高校的快速发展和后勤社会化,在校学生数量及经商人员、务工人员急剧增加,学生公寓及周边商铺林立,宿舍与社会相互交叉、相互渗透,(学生公寓盗窃案件频发。如何有效加强学生公寓安全管理已成为新形势下安全保卫工作研究和探讨的新课题。该文将着重阐述学生公寓盗窃案件的发案原因、特点及防范对策。

With the rapid development and logistics socialization of the university, the number of the students and those who are doing business or labor jobs has increased greatly. There stand up a lot of stores and restaurants around the students' apartment buildings, which lead to a high frequency of crimes such as thieves and burglars. How to effectively strengthen the security of the students' apartment buildings has become the new problem to study. This paper emphasizes on the illustration of the causes and characteristics of the criminal cases and the countermeasures against it as well.
