摘要
当前高校学生辅导员工作面临着许多新情况、新问题,认真思考新形势下开拓学生工作的新思路,积极探索进一步加强学生辅导员队伍建设的新途径,已成为当前高校思想政治工作面临的重要课题。本文在全面分析高校学生辅导员队伍建设的现状后,就如何建设一支科学化、专业化、职业化的学生辅导员队伍提出了一些粗浅的认识和建议。
it becomes an urgent problem to think about a new way of handling the student-work under the new situation and enhance the construction of the student-work. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes some suggestions on how to construct a team of scientific, specialized and professional instructors based on the all-around analysis of the present team of instructors in our university.
