摘要
根据国务院《关于发展城市社区卫生服务的指导意见》有关精神,为了更好地满足广大群众日益增长的健康需求,解决广大人民群众提出的看病难、看病贵的问题,针对高校医院的特点和服务对象,探讨高校校医院的深化改革和高校后勤社会化问题,提出高校卫生机构的改革必须从社区卫生服务中寻找出路,高校医院也必将纳入社区卫生服务体系设想,以及高校校医院如何在体制上、管理上接轨社区卫生服务,承担并开展社区卫生服务工作的设想。
According to the 'guidance on developing health service in urban community' issued by the State Council, the system of the integration of university hospital and the community health service should be established in order to meet people's increasing need for keeping health and to solve the problems of the troubles in going to see a doctor and the higher charges for it. This article puts forward some ideas to solve these problems by way of making university hospitals socialized in order to offer better service to the society.
