摘要
浙江省委从加强党的执政能力的高度,提出了建设“法治浙江”的目标要求,大学的法治化水平在很大程度上影响着整个社会的法治化水平。在高等教育事业的快速发展中需要加强法治的建构,全面推进的法治社会建设需要大学的参与,全面系统研究大学法治建设迫在眉睫。
The Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee makes a claim “Governing Zhejiang by law” from the point of view of strengthening the Party's Governing Abilities. Universities have a strong influence on the whole society in terms of the level of the law-governing. Meanwhile, the construction of the law-governing is essential to universities with the rapid development of higher education. Universities play an important role in the process of promoting a law-based society in an all-round way. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to study the construction of law-governing in universities completely and systematically.
