Empirical Research on Technology Balance of International Payments and Technology Dependence

技术国际收支是反映国家间技术流动的重要指标。而国家间技术流动又与一国或一地区对外来技术的依赖程度有着密切的联系。2008年,国家外汇管理局根据新修订的国际收支平衡表及国际收支交易统计系统,初次整理出技术国际收支有关数据,这为对外技术依存度指标的完善和测算提供了新的数据支持。

The technology balance of international payments is an important indicator to reflect the flow of technology between countries.Then the flow of technology between countries is closely related to a country or a region’s dependence on foreign technology.In 2008,the State Administration of Foreign Exchange sorted out the relevant data of technology balance of international payments initially under the newly revised balance of international payments presentation and the trade of balance of international payments statistical system,then it provides new data support for the indicator of the improvement and measurement of foreign technology dependence.
