摘要
文章提出了一种基于摄像机运动控制的运动目标的检测与跟踪算法。该算法首先提出预设多幅参考背景图像差分方法检测运动目标区域;然后采用投影法快速确定运动目标体的位置及移动方向,进而控制摄像机转动预设角度跟踪移动目标。该方法实现了将运动目标跟踪置于画面的最佳观测位置,针对大多数摄像机位置固定的场所该方法较为适用,具有较大的广泛适用性。
An approach to detect and track moving objects based on camera movement control is presented in this paper.The direction of moving object is detected by background difference method.Then a fast target moving direction is ascertained for motion object based on gray projection in a plane coordinate system,so that camera is rotated by preset angles to track moving objects..This approach is proved widely accepted in a specail situation with a static camera.
