摘要
本文通过分析我国在新一轮国际分工发展中的定位,与亚太地区的经济合作在新国际分工模式下形成新的格局与特点,强调指出,创新性的发展新格局思维、构建参与区域分工的合格主体以及在多边体系下娴熟的市场竞争游戏规则与技巧的运用,必然成为建设海峡西岸经济区成败的关键。
Through analyzing the position of China in the newly international labor division and in the new pattern and special feature of Asia-Pacific regional economic cooperation under such division, this article stresses that an innovation of strikingly thinking to develop and qualified corporate(economy) entity, which are skillful to operate the competitive rules in market economy and in the newly international labor division system, are essential to the successful construction of Haixi economic zone.
