摘要
作好教育主权层次论的研究,应从政策学角度探讨教育主权,通过对共和国成立以来各个历史时期教育政策的回顾,分析教育政策的基本特征和本质属性,探索教育主权与教育政策的内在联系。
The author tries to explore the nature of educational sovereignty from the point of policy-making studies.By reflecting on the educational policies adopted in different historical periods since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,this paper carefully examines the fundamental characteristics and the essence of educational policy with an aim to expound the inner relationship between educational sovereignty and educational policy.
