摘要
"认识构架"是人在认识中连接主体与客体、感性与理性的认知结构。最初社会认识构架的形成,是人们劳动实践的原始操作提炼为动作的结构形式,再与语言相连接,逐渐转化为形式化的逻辑结构的过程。社会认识构架形成之后,在人类实践的推动下,经历了几个重要的发展阶段,它与人体认识构架的发展阶段具有相当一致的对应关系,体现了逻辑的东西与历史的东西相一致的规律。从社会认识构架的历史进化中,充分表现出它的结构与功能、个体的与社会的,以及发展的内在机制等关系和规律。同时,社会认识构架又不断地进行内向和外向的"双向运动",这种运动深刻表现出人类实践与认识相互联系、相互转化的辩证过程。
The professional manager is the resource with strategic value for modern enterprise. In the article, the strategic management model of professional manager is established from three dimensions that include the strategy of hiring the professional manager, the strategic management of the principle - agency relationship between enterprise owner and professional manager, GAME management between the related interest groups and professional manager. It makes conclusion relying on the analysis that the professional manager becomes the decisive factor to promote and maintain the modern enterprise′s core competition.
