摘要
科学发展观强调以人为本,注重全面、协调和可持续发展,为图书馆事业的发展提出了科学的理论指导。本文提出克服惟数量、惟规模的发展观,以科学发展观为指导,推动图书馆事业全面、健康地向前发展。
The Scientific Development Strategy pays more attention on human-centered,all-around, harmonious,and sustainable scientific development and serves as a scientific principle to the library development. The article criticizes those who emphasize quantity and size only, and calls for a healthy and all-around library development.
