摘要
就目前图书馆绩效考评中存在的问题及“囚徒困境”博弈理论在图书馆绩效考评中的实际运作进行了分析和探讨,阐述现代绩效考评的系统性和规范化对于有效发挥员工工作的积极性、主动性及提升图书馆整体绩效具有的积极意义。
This article makes an analysis of the existing problems in the current assessment of library performance and probes into the practical application of the 'Convict-Lurch' chess theory. It brings to light the significance of the systematicality and standardizations of the modern performance assessment to the exploration of staff' working potential as well as to the improvement of library performance.
