近代洮河林区森林资源的流失形态及其社会背景探析

The Research of Lost Forms on Forest Resource in Tao River Basin and Social Background

洮河林区丰富的森林资源在近代流失严重,其流失形态有本地区消费和木材外运两种。本地区消费主要有开垦土地、燃薪、建筑用材、军事消耗等。因木材外运而进行的采伐在1932-1941年间达到顶峰,甘肃木材短缺与需求量增加的矛盾是木材外运的原因。流失过程中政府职能发挥欠佳,木材浪费严重,并且引起生态上的负面效应,给我们留下了惨痛的历史教训。

Abundant forestresource of Tao River forest area is lost seriously duringmoderntimes, the lost forms in- cludes local consumption and timber export. Local con- sumption includes reclaiming forest area for cultivation、 building timber、military consumption, and so on. Woodc- utting under timber export gets to the highest from 1932 to 1941.The contradiction between timber shortage and requi- rement increasing is the cause of timber export. In the pro- cess of loss, ineffective exercising of official function, seri- ous waste of wood and causing deterioration of ecology leave us bitter lesons.
