栓塞治疗肝脏巨大海绵状血管瘤临床研究

Embolization treatment for huge hepatic cavernous hemangioma

目的 评价介入栓塞治疗肝脏巨大海绵状血管瘤的临床疗效。方法 对 2 3例肝脏巨大海绵状血管瘤患者 ,用平阳霉素超液态碘油乳剂加明胶海绵颗粒行栓塞治疗 ,术后 1mo、3mo、6mo超声随访瘤体变化情况。结果 2 3例患者的 2 8个瘤体术后 1mo、3mo、6mo复查 ,治疗有效瘤体个数分别为 13(4 6 .4 % )、2 1(75 % )、2 8(10 0 % ) ,无复发病例。结论 平阳霉素超液态碘油乳剂加明胶海绵颗粒介入栓塞治疗肝脏巨大海绵状血管瘤疗效显著 。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of embolization treatment for huge hepatic cavernous hemangioma. Methods Transcatheter intra-arterial embolization with Pingyangmycin and lipiodol emulsion(PLE) and gelfoam particles treated 23 patients with hepatic cavernous hemangioma. The lesions were examined by ultrasound in 1th , 3th and 6th months after embolization. Results Among 28 tumours treated in 23 patients, the effective was 13 (46.4%), 21 (75%) and 28 (100%) 1st , 3rd and 6th months respectively, and none relapsed. Conclusion Embolization treatment for huge hepatic cavenous hemangioma with PLE and gelfoam particles is effective and has great clinical value.
