摘要
目的 探讨失眠症患者个性特征与相关障碍关系。方法 对 86例失眠症患者治疗前进行EPQ、SAS、HAMD测定并与常摸对比分析。结果 本组 86例失眠症患者EPQ测试显示E分低于常模 ,N分高于常模 ,个性特征属抑郁内倾 -情绪不稳定型个性 ;SAS测定分值高于全国常模 ;HAMD平均分为 2 4 .5± 6 .7,表明失眠症患者有轻中度抑郁情绪。结论 失眠症状的发生与其个性特征相关 ,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪 。
Objective To explore the relationship between personality traits and relative disorder for patients with insomnia. Methods Measures of EPQ, SAS and HAMD were conducted in 86 patents with insomnia and compared with norms . Results E and N scores of EPQ in 86 patents were respectively lower and higher than that in norms ,and their personality trait was depressive introversion --emotional instability; scores of SAS were higher; mean score of HAMD was 24.5±6.7,which showed that patients with insomnia had mild to moderate depressive emotion. Conclusion Development of insomnia was related to personality trait . It is necessary for insomnia to improve the anxious and depressive emotions and conduct rational psychotherapy.
