Modern special education and teaching reflects scientific creation in terms of training the creative awareness,independent and healthy personality of students with hearing impairment by using scientific and artistic teaching methods.This paper is discussing the practice on music curriculum reform based on school conditions focusing on the development of students with hearing impairment to create the better education adapting to them.
