摘要
特殊教育的发展水平是衡量一个国家社会发展水平的重要标准。美国作为世界上特殊教育最为发达的国家之一,特殊教育立法的作用功不可没。本文考察其特殊教育立法进程、特点以及对加快完善我国特殊教育法律体系的重要启示。
The development level of special education is an important symbol to one national social development level.As one of the most developed countries in special education,the American special education legislation plays an important role.Study of special education legislation of the United States would play an important significance to our country.
