编制盲人定向行走训练指导师培训教材之我见

The Necessity Analysis of the book for Training Those Guiders on Practice of the Walk Orientation Program for the Blind

为拓展视障人群生活空间,实现安全、有效、独立、自然行走,满足他们的定向行走需求,中国政府将盲人定向行走训练工作纳入《中国残疾人事业"十一五"发展纲要》,并制定了《视力残疾康复"十一五"实施方案》。因此,积极探讨和研究编制《盲人定向行走训练指导师培训教材》具有非常重要的意义。本文从五个方面分析编制盲人定向行走训练指导师培训教材的必要性。

To explore the life range for the blind,and make them to walk safely,freely and independently,the Chinese Government put the directive walk training work into the Guideline of the Cause to help the physically and mentally challenged in the 11th Five-year Plan of China,and put forward the Implementing Project on sights Rehabilitation in the 11th Five-year plan.Therefore,it is meaningful to explore and study the courses and books on the book for Training Those Guiders On practice of the Directive Walk Program for the Blind,and finally to complete a book fitting for those trainers and the blind.This paper tries to explore the necessity of the book from five aspects as followed.
