摘要
特殊教育学校教师专业化是特殊教育学校面临的重要问题之一,特殊教育学校教师专业化对学校的发展起着关键性的作用。反思特殊教育学校教师专业化的误区及教师专业成长的对策是目前特殊教育工作的关键。
Teachers’ professionalization is one of the important problems in special education schools.It plays a critical role in school development.Therefore,the present key work for special education is to reflect teachers’ professionalization in special education schools and put forward the countermeasures of teachers’ professional development.
