智障儿童行为问题矫治与支持策略的个案研究

A Case Study on Solving the Problem of Mentally retarded children

智障儿童由于自身缺陷加上外来的压力,常常会出现一些行为问题。此外,可能是因为沟通的不足,让常人难以完全了解他们出现这些行为问题的真正原因。通过对一名自闭症的智障儿童的自伤行为研究和分析处理,较好地减少了这位儿童出现这一行为问题的次数,也帮助其建立了正面的替代行为。同时,也使对智障儿童或自闭症儿童经常出现行为问题有了更深的了解和认识。在这次的个案研究中,是从目标行为出现的次数、时间、情景、处理的手段及效果等方面收集有关的资料,并分别从行为功能的分析、制定处理的策略、评鉴行为处理计划的效果等方面开展研讨工作的,取得了较好的效果。这对于今后的处理智障儿童行为问题的工作提供了较好的实践经验。

Because of the pressure from their deficits,children with mental retardation present some behavior problems.Few people completely know the real cause of the behavior problems as a result of lack of communication.In this case study,some information on dealing with their objective behavior is collected and analyzed,some strategies and plans for evaluating and dealing with their behavior function are explored to offer the better experience for solving the problems of children with mental retardation in the future.
