摘要
心理辅导活动课有四个特点:根本目标是提高学生的心理素质,中心任务是促进学生的心理发展,教育本质是学生自我教育过程,组织模式是他助——互助——自助。心理辅导活动课重视学生的精神需要和个人体验,强调每一个主体都参与其中,通过教师与学生、学生与学生的心理交流,使学生不仅从教师那里,更重要的是从活动课形成的心理场获得心理支持和经验,优化情绪品质,增进心理健康。心理辅导活动课的设计流程是暖身活动——自我探索的系列活动——经验整合、分享与迁移。
This paper points out the basic objectives,central tasks and organizational model of psychological coach activities.This course focuses on the deaf students’ spiritual needs and individual experience,emphasizes individual participation and mental communication between students and teachers or students.The better emotional quality is virtualized and their mental health is improved.This course is designed through warming-up activities and a series of self-explorative activities to achieve the integrated experience.
