摘要
21世纪是一个知识信息的时代,图书馆的检索查询、文献种类、流通方式和服务手段都发生了前所未有的变化,一系列的变革给图书馆的生存和发展变化带来了很大影响。本文分析了开展信息增值服务的必要性,提出了相应的对策。
The 21th Century is a times of knowledge and information.Index and Inquire,kinds of documents,ways of circulation and means of service in library have changed a lot.The change has brought great effect on the existence and development of library.This paper analyzes the necessity of starting value-added service and points out some correspondent counter-measures.
