摘要
聋校教师大多数是健听人士,而聋哑学生是有听力言语障碍的,就如何拉近聋校师生间的心理距离,提高聋校教师的亲和力,本文从三个角度进行了阐述:一是以真诚的师爱为情感纽带,感化学生,赢得学生,达到润物细无声的效果;二是以手语为交流沟通的手段,以微笑面对学生,走进学生心灵;三是以尊重为基本原则,理解、欣赏学生,启迪学生。
Facing the students with hearing impairment, hearing teachers should bridge the psychological gap between teachers and students to make them ready to get closer. Love can express teachers′ affection to educate the deaf. Sigh language can help the teacher communicate with the deaf to find their thoughts. Respect and appreciation can make the deaf grateful to the teachers.
