Open arts teaching is a kind of multi-dimensional open of proposition forms, theme forms, teaching content, teaching procedures and teaching evaluation, through which students can be lead to represent their inner emotions, mould their temperaments and improve their aesthetic judgments in basic art form, to achieve the integration of recognition, operation, emotion and innovation.
