摘要
本文阐述了在新形势下“维权”是学校工会工作所应具备的基本职责 ,论述了学校工会维护教职工合法权益是实践江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想的集中体现。
In a new situation, it is the school trade union's basic duty to safeguard lawful rights. The writer expounds that it is the centralized reflecting of the important ideas 'Three Representatives' by Comrade Jiang Zemin to safeguard lawful rights of teaching and administrative staff by the school trade union.
