教学质量评价存在的问题及其对策——以公安院校“教学练战”一体化模式为视角 被引量:1

摘要 "教学练战"一体化是公安院校实施的以培养应用型公安专门人才为目标,把"教学练战"各环节有机结合,组成一个完整的教学链的一种教学模式。但是,对教学质量的评价,存在着评价标准不够完整、重量轻质、评价主体不全面及评价功能缺乏导向性等不足。因此,应当采取有效措施,增强公安教育特色,确立多元化评价主体,坚持定量与定性相结合,注重评价结果的信息反馈,不断提高教学质量。 The integration of teaching,studying and practicing is a teaching model implemented in police academies,which aims at cultivation of practical police professionals,organic integration of teaching,studying,practicing and combating in an effort to form a complete teaching chain.But there are some defects in teaching quality assessment,such as incomplete assessment standards,the practice of emphasizing quantity while disregarding quality,incomprehensive assessment subjectivity and the absence of guiding for assessment functions.Accordingly,efforts should be made to adopt effective actions,strengthen public security education features,establish diversified assessment subjectivity,persist in combination of quantitative and qualitative,emphasize on information feedback of quality assessment results in a bid to improve teaching quality
