增强高校思想政治教育活动的实效性需要我们转换新的视角,正确理解并运用接受理论和需要理论;必须关注大学生的多元发展,努力寻求思想政治教育与大学生发展需要之间的有机契合,引导和激发大学生的发展需要,促使大学生健康成长和全面发展。

Improvement of the effectiveness of the activities of college ideological and political education calls for our perspective transformation,correct understanding and application of the reception theory and need theory.Attentions must be paid to the college students' diversified development and efforts must be made to seek for the organic consistency between the need of college students' development and ideological and political education,guide and stimulate students' development needs in a bid to enhance the students' healthy growth and all-round development.
