面对司法与媒体的复杂关系,寻求两者之间的互相理解,通过建立长久的沟通联系机制,形成司法规制媒体报道与媒体监督司法行为的良性互动关系。司法与媒体之间良性互动机制的建立,让媒体有规制地介入司法,有助于促进司法行为的透明化和公开化,防止司法腐败。与此同时,司法规制行为的明晰,也有助于媒体正确行使新闻权利,保障媒体新闻监督正常进行。

Faced with the complicated media-judiciary relations,the article attempts to pursue the mutual understanding between media and the judiciary.The development of the long-term communication mechanism leads to favorable interaction between judicial regulation media reports and the media supervision judicial practices.The construction of the sound interaction between the justice and the media,together with regulated involvement of the media in justice is conductive to the promotion of transparency and openness of judicial actions,and prevention of judicial corruption as well.Meanwhile,the clarity of judicial regulation actions helps the media to exercise their right to report news and guarantee normal media supervision.
