摘要
电梯的施工管理工作基本上可以分为前期、中期、后期 3个阶段 ,要使电梯的安装过程顺利有序地进行 ,有效地控制电梯的质量和工期 ,保证电梯安装工程顺利优质地完成 ,就必须做好电梯的施工管理工作。
Elevator installation's work can be divided into 3 periods: earlier stage; middle stage; later stage. To make the installation process of elevator in order, control the elevators quality and time limit for the project efficiently, guarantee the successful completion of elevator installation project, we have to do the construction management well.
