The article reviews the quarantine rejection of Golden Nematode of Potato〔 Globodera rostochiensis (Woll.)Skarbilovich〕, Banana Burrowing Nematode〔 Radopholus similis (Cobb)Thorne〕, and Anguina Nematode of Weeping Love grass〔 Anguina agrostis (Steinbuch)Filipjev〕 in Guangzhou entrance quarantine, the examination methods applied for finding the nematodes , as well as the measurement data and the main morphological characters of the nematodes observed under the microscope.The damage ability and quarantine importance of these nematodes are expounded.According to the life habits of the nematodes, raise the applicable quarantine examination, methods should be taken for isolating nematodes, in order to collecting more nematode rates.
