用自然病田 -人造病圃鉴定对入选的 2份高抗花生根结线虫病的材料和 3份中抗材料及新搜集的 9份花生种质资源进行了温室接种鉴定与小区接种鉴定 ;提出了不同试验条件下花生抗根结线虫病程度的划分标准 .在温室和小区鉴定中 ,2份入选的高抗材料中的 1份表现为中抗 ,1份入选的中抗材料表现为中感 .新搜集的 9份资源中D13表现高抗 ,D7在温室试验中表现中抗 ,D14在小区试验中表现为耐病 .有 40
Two highly resistant and three moderately resistant selected peanut genotypes from natural diseased field and artificial nursery garden, and 9 additional accessions of peanut germplasm were evaluated for resistance to peanut root knot nematode ( Meloidogyne hapla Chitwood) in greenhouse test and microplot test. The resistance level evaluation standards for greenhouse test and microplot test were given and discussed. One of the two high resistant selected materials showed moderate resistance, and one of the three moderate resistant selected genotypes showed moderate susceptibility to root knot nematode. The others kept their original resistance level as in diseased field nursery garden test. For the 9 new genotypes, one accession (D13)showed high resistance in both greenhouse test and microplot test, one (D14) was tolerant in microplot test. Forty percent of the genotypes showed different resistance levels in different tests.
