摘要
聋人大学生作为一个特殊的学生群体,具有残疾人和大学生的双重特性。本文针对聋人大学生群体普遍存在的承受挫折力较差的现象,梳理聋人学生主要存在的挫折问题,分析产生这一现象背后的原因,并结合聋人大学生自身的行为习惯和心理特性,试图从"无痕教育"这一教育观念出发,提出针对聋人大学生的应挫培养策略。
As a group of special people, deaf college students normally lack sufficient ability to cope with frustrations. This paper lists their frustrations and explores the underlying reasons. Based on their behaviors and habits, and non-trace education, the researcher puts forward strategies in cultivating their ability to endure frustrations.
