我国聋人大学生就业问题研究综述

A Review of the Employment Problems for Deaf College Students

2010年末,我国听力残疾者总量为2054万人,占残疾人总数的24.16%,在各类残疾人中位居首位。而目前我国聋人大学在校生两千人左右,约占全国聋人的万分之一。随着社会发展,残疾人平等接受高等教育的权利也越来越受到各方的关注,聋人大学生的规模会越来越大。在普遍就业形势严峻情况下,聋人大学生在就业过程中面临的问题更多,压力更大。本文试图在梳理、总结和已有研究成果的基础上,对目前聋人大学生的就业问题进行系统的回顾和思考。

By the end of 2010, China has a volume of 20,540,000 deaf people-the largest number among all kinds of disabilities, which accounts for 24.16% of the disabled. In China, there are 2,000 deaf college students-one out of 10,000 deaf people. With the development of the society, the issue of equal rights to higher education for the deaf has aroused much attention, which might result in a larger volume of deaf college students. On the other hand, these students are confronted with more problems and pressure hunting for jobs. This paper provides a systematic reflection on the issue of deaf students′ employment.
