提高残障大学生文化知识是我国社会主义文化事业的重要组成部分,是和谐社会发展的内在要求。文章从残障大学生读者对文献信息需求出发,阐述了我国残障人教育事业的发展与图书馆目前存在的问题,提出了现代图书馆知识服务的必要性以及提供个性化服务的一些具体措施。

Improving the disabled college students′ literacy is an important part of socialist cultural undertakings and the inherent requirement of the harmonious society in China. Based on the demands for information from libraries on the part of the disabled students, this paper expounds the problems in the education for the disabled and those in libraries, and puts out the necessities of personalized services and concrete measures in doing so.
