摘要
合作是实施全纳教育的重要前提,但目前聋校的家校合作情况并不令人满意。学校、教师与家长在合作理念、合作内容、合作方式上存在诸多分歧,这些分歧是由于上述三方在立场与出发点上的差异与沟通不足导致的。本文提出解决分歧的对策包括:学校要为家校合作提供制度保障,教师要以平等的心态研究家校合作,家长要转变心态、提升自身素质,加大对于家校合作的投入。
Cooperation is an important prerequisite of carrying out inclusive education. However, the family-school cooperation in schools for the deaf is unsatisfactory. Gaps lie in ideology, content and methods of cooperation among schools, teachers and parents, which result from their differences in standpoints and insufficient communication. This paper holds that schools must guarantee the cooperative mechanism; teachers should study the cooperation with an equal mind; and parents have to adjust their mindset, improve themselves and invest more into the cooperation.
