随着普通学校教育改革如火如荼地进行,许多聋校也跻身于这一改革的行列。普通学校教育是社会教育的主流,面对的是健全学生,而聋人是特殊的人群,是社会组成的一个小群体,具有它的特殊性,因此针对聋人的教育,有聋校的教育目标和教学目标。但是随着大社会教育改革风的影响,部分聋校的教育教学导向逐渐溶于普校教育的思潮,偏离了聋校的教育教学大纲。
