Positive psychological health education stresses cultivating positive psychological character, tapping existing potential, shaping optimistic, hopeful, positive and beautiful soul. This theory has a guiding value for educating the deaf students. This paper analyzes common psychological problems, and puts forward new educational countermeasures, so as to help them form positive and healthy psychological character.
