随班就读学生IEP制定与实施现状的调查——以南京、常熟为例 被引量:3

An Investigation of the Current Situation of Plan-making and Implementation of IEP for the Special Students Learning in Regular Classes——A Case Study of Nanjing and Changshu

摘要 利用自编的调查问卷,对南京、常熟地区的随班就读学生的个别化教育计划制定与实施情况进行调查。结果表明:(1)特殊学生的安置工作存在问题;(2)个别化教育计划的制定与实施,以及目标达成的评价的制度方面需要进一步完善;(3)个别化教育计划没有对随班就读学生课程、学习内容、学习目标的设置起到指导作用;(4)家长的参与度极低;(5)缺乏专业人员、缺乏评估工具、缺乏资金是影响个别化教育计划工作开展的最主要因素。针对这些问题,提出了改进的建议。 An investigation, using a self-compiling questionnaire, was conducted in Nanjing and Changshu to know about the plan-making and implementation of IEP for the special students learning in regular classes. The following results have been shown: (1) problems in settling the special students; (2) the plan-making, implementation and evaluation system need to be perfected; (3) the IEP failed to direct the courses, learning content, learning objectives; (4)extremely low parental involvement; (5)lack of professional personnel, tools and funds is the main factor affecting the implementation of IEP. Based on the above-mentioned points, several suggestions are provided to improve the current situation.
