摘要
布拉纳于1993年将莎士比亚的著名喜剧《无事生非》改编搬上大银幕,将莎士比亚的浪漫爱情传统推向极致。本文从电影改编的种种细节入手,分析了这次基本忠实原作的电影改编,是如何以电影技法将原作的浪漫情节当代化和娱乐化,同时在主题阐释上又明显地具有与当代文化、社会、乃至文学批评思潮之间的互文影响。
The paper examines Branagh's 1993 big screen adaptation of Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing.By carefully analyzing the details of the scenarios,the author attempts to identify the means through which Branagh brings the Shakespearean romantic love to its utmost.The paper also tries to demonstrate the intertextuality between the subtly expressed theme, serious by nature but comic by presentation,of the movie and the contemporary theories of culture,gender,society and literature.
