语言发育迟缓儿童综合干预的个案研究

A Case Study on Comprehensive Intervention of A Child with Language Retardation

文章以一名3.5岁语言发育迟缓儿童为个案,采用语言能力训练、基于脑发育的语言训练、中医按摩和改善家庭环境等方法进行训练。训练后个案在呼吸功能、发音器官运动功能、语言清晰度、语言流畅性等语言能力方面均有显著提高,且学习语言的主动性、运动能力、过激情绪反应等也有显著改善。结果表明综合干预能促进语言发育迟缓儿童的发展。

The case in the paper is a 3.5-year old child with language retardation.After language ability training,language training based on brain development,Chinese massage and family environment improvement,the child improves a lot on respiratory function,motor function of speech organs,language articulation and language fluency.Besides it improves significantly on language learning initiative,exercise capacity and abnormal emotional responses.The experimental results demonstrate that comprehensive intervention can enhance the abilities of children with language retardation.
