聋人大学生的就业问题是一个重要的社会问题。健康的职业心理是就业能力的一个方面,本文对当前聋人大学生的职业心理问题进行研究,分析了聋人大学生的职业心理问题及成因,并提出学校应建立系统的职业心理教育与追踪体系,家长要提高聋生就业的意识,社会要改变轻视聋人的观念等建议。

Deaf college students′ finding employment is an important social problem. Healthy professional psychology is one aspect of the capability of finding employment. This article studies deaf college students′ professional psychology, analyzes the problems and underlying causes, and brings forward that schools concerned are advised to set up systematic professional psychology education and tracing system, the parents are expected to increase employment awareness of their deaf children, and the whole society must not contempt the deaf.
