引领聋校教师专业发展的有效路径

摘要 聋校教师的发展就是学校的发展,聋校教师的成长就是学校的成长,聋校教师专业发展关乎到聋教育质量的高低。针对当前聋校教师产生的职业倦怠状况,作为学校管理者,可以从管理制度激励、开展教师读书活动、指导教育教学课题研究和实施课堂有效教学研究等几个方面,积极引领聋校教师走专业发展之路,在教师得到自我发展的同时,成就了学生,成就了学校。 Teachers′ development is the development of the schools for the deaf and the growth of the teachers is the growth of the schools, which means that teachers′ professional development concerns the education quality. To solve job burnout of teachers in schools for the deaf, school leaders are advised to direct teachers′ professional development through management system inspiration, activity of reading, education and teaching research. Deaf students, schools and special education in particular can benefit from the process of teachers′ self development.
