The Mental Health Education for Deaf Students from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

Positive psychology,paying close attention to one’s positive qualities and potential development,is a positive and optimistic educational concept and full of humanistic care.It provides a new direction and line of thinking for deaf students’ mental health education.Centering on the roles of positive psychology in positive emotional experience,potential development,positive psychological quality cultivation,formative and process assessment,this article probes into innovative significance and value of positive psychology on deaf students mental health education from the aspects of creating positive educational atmosphere,all-round infiltration of disciplines,caring about deaf students’ experience activity and peer contact.
