智障人士生活安置模式的现状及思考

Reflection on Life Resettlement Model of the People with Mental Retardation

在融合理念的推动下,智障人士的生活安置模式已成为当今社会不断反思和反复探索的重要问题。各国在多样化安置模式的探索过程中,已日渐将满足智障人士多方面的需求作为安置的出发点,并以提高智障人士的生活品质、促进智障人士社会融合为有效安置的最终归宿和根本目标。本文概述目前国内外较为成熟的智障人士生活安置模式及其实施方案,从而为我国进一步探索和完善智障人士的生活安置模式提供借鉴之处,进而推进我国智障人士社会融合进程的发展。

Under the Idea of integration,life resettlement model of people with mental retardation has become a continual process of reflection and repeated in today′s society to explore the important issues.Life resettlement model of people with mental retardation generally isolated from the past,a single replacement to the human-oriented,diversified replacement change.Different countries are exploring the resettlement models to meet the various needs of people with mental retardation.Improving the quality of life of people with mental retardation and promoting social integration of people with mental retardation for the effective resettlement as the fundamental objective of the final destination.In this paper,a more mature living replacement model of people with mental retardation at home and abroad.Providing learning examples for the replacement model is to further explore and improve the lives of people with mental retardation and promote development of China′s social integration of people with mental retardation.
