摘要
随着整个社会对特殊教育事业的重视,特殊需要儿童享有特殊教育服务的权利已逐渐得到保障,特殊教育体系也不断趋于完善。然而现实中绝大部分特殊需要儿童毕业后的去向和生活品质却不容乐观。这一现状迫使政策制定者和特殊教育工作者要反思现行的特殊教育,把特殊需要儿童毕业后的生活品质作为特殊教育的最终目标和根本旨归,并进行相应的教育决策调整,真正保障特殊教育的成果。
With the attaching importance to special education,it has insurance for children with special needs to enjoy special education services,and the system of special education has been making perfect. However,in reality,the orientation of most graduated children and their quality of life are not so optimistic. The actuality requires policy-makers and special educators to reflect upon the existing special education,to make the children′s quality of life as the fundamental target of special education,and to make corresponding education adjustments on the basic of substantial outcomes of special education.
