摘要
没有特殊教育的现代化就没有整个基础教育的现代化,没有特殊教育的均衡发展就没有基础教育的均衡发展。本文认真分析了现阶段特殊教育学校的现状,提出让听障、智障两种类型的残疾学生共同在特殊教育学校接受教育,是符合我国国情的,更是符合特殊教育学校实际的,并提出应该从教学资源、课程设置、教材内容、个体发展等方面实现聋教育与培智教育的均衡化。
Balanced development of special education is a part of balanced development of education. Based on the analysis on the current situation of special education,students with hearing impairment or mental retardation can learn in the same special education school,which is suitable for China′s condition. Balanced development of special education should be achieved in terms of teaching resources,curricula,teaching contents,individual development,etc.
