小城镇残疾人就业现状与分析——以浙江省平湖市为例

Current Situation and Analysis on Employment of the Disabled in Small Town

残疾人的就业是残疾人事业的重要组成部分,也是残疾人及其家属所关心的一个社会问题。残疾人就业,意味着他们的经济生活、精神生活和社会地位的提高,因此,解决有劳动能力的残疾人就业,是实现残疾人走向社会的根本途径。本文通过平湖市进行实际调查获得的资料,在平湖市残疾人就业现状的基础上,从残疾人自身和社会两方面因素对残疾人就业现状的原因进行了分析,并以此为依据对促进残疾人就业提出几点建议。

The employment of disabled groups is an important part of the cause of disabled,and it is also a social problem which people with disabilities and their families interest in.Employment of disabled groups means that their economic life,spiritual and social advancement,therefore,the ability to work can resolve the employment of disabled groups.It is a fundamental way to help the disabled groups achieving into Community.In this paper,the actual survey data on Employment of the disabled groups obtained in Pinghu City,based on it,from physically disabled and social factors on both the reasons for the Employment of Disabled Persons was analyzed,and give a few suggestions for promoting employment of the disabled groups.
