新加坡“天才教育计划”述评

A Review of "Gifted Education Program" in Singapore

"天才教育计划"自实施以来,不仅为新加坡培养了大批的优秀人才,也引起了世界范围的关注。文章通过对新加坡教育体系的简述、"天才教育计划"的启动背景、发展历程的回顾及"天才教育计划"的人员、课程和实施效果的分析,总结出了新加坡"天才教育计划"的经验,并在此基础上提出了对我国发展天才教育的几点启示。

In 1984,"gifted education program" has been carried out in Singapore.It not only cultivates a large number of elitist from all walks of life,but attracted worldwide attention for 25 years.This paper mainly reviewed the education system in Singapore,the background and the development of the program,and also analyzed the staff,curriculum and results of the program.Finally,sum up the experiences of the "gifted education program" in Singapore.It is that the adequate attention and support from the state,focusing on the selection and training of the gifted children and teachers,enlightening the richness of curriculum and gifted children and ordinary children′s interaction.
